Job Description

YOU…

• support the design, development, and testing of aeronautical and aerospace systems and components

• contribute to projects in manufacturing, digitalization, or project management, depending on your background and interests

• plan and coordinate activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams, suppliers, and customers

• drive process optimization and continuous improvement in a high-tech aerospace environment

• monitor project progress, track milestones, and contribute to technical documentation and reporting

• take on a versatile role where your responsibilities evolve with project needs, giving you exposure to multiple areas of aerospace engineering

Qualifications

YOU…

• fulfill the requirements of the V.I.E program (EU graduate, aged 18–28)

• hold a degree in aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field

• bring initial experience or a strong interest in the aerospace industry (through internships, university projects, or thesis work)

• are motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to innovative aerospace projects

• communicate fluently in English; knowledge of German is a plus in the international work environment
