About the Role:
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site Maintenance function, ensuring both reactive and proactive multi skilled support across all operational equipment and facilities. You will oversee the timely completion of all maintenance activities, drive operational effectiveness, reduce downtime, and improve project delivery. The role also involves setting technical best practice, developing policies and procedures, and leading a high performing team focused on continuous improvement.
