Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and take our robotics projects to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of cutting-edge robotics systems, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and innovation.

• Lead software and hardware development projects for various industrial and collaborative robot systems
• Cross-functional coordination within departments, being the communication point between engineering, design, procurement, and production teams to scope, plan, and track project activities
• Support prioritization of technical development tasks in various engineering teams
• Identify and mitigate risks within technical development
• Oversee the technical implementation and propose alternatives where necessary, looking for process improvement and an increase in efficiency
• Proactively remove obstacles, identify gaps in communication or schedule, provide support to teams, and drive results
• Proactively conduct project status meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate updates to key stakeholders

• Experience leading teams in project management from conception & design to implementation. − Prior experience with industrial or collaborative robots
• Knowledge of robotics technologies, including hardware and/or software components
• Knowledge of project management tools and stage-gate processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to take responsibility and to be proactive in a startup environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), German is a plus

• 3+ years proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in the field of developing robotic systems
• Willingness to travel
