The Role & The Team
In this new role, you will lead the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of a system-wide approach to talent and careers management across Airservices.
You will also be responsible for defining and embedding an integrated talent lifecycle that supports the attraction, development, and retention of critical and high-potential talent, leadership, and specialist roles. This includes developing and operationalising a careers framework, succession planning, and delivering priority talent and careers programs that embed our diversity and equity commitments.
Working closely with the Talent and Capability team a major component of the role will be contributing significantly to the review and development of the existing Capability Framework to build a future-ready workforce.
Reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability you will also provide input into the design and development of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that reflects our purpose, values, and strategic priorities. You will then lead the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the EVP to ensure it is embedded across the employee lifecycle from attraction through to talent identification and management.
