Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field; higher qualifications are a plus
Minimum of 2+ years in B2B sales (industrial automation, robotics, or related sectors); experience in strategy consulting is a plus
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex tasks
Strong strategic thinking to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable plans
Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities with a customer-centric mindset
High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
An analytical and data-driven approach to assessing opportunities and risks
Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and events
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
