The Role & The Team
As a Strategic Business Analyst, you will lead the development of strategic initiatives from concept to investment approval. You’ll collaborate across the organisation to define business solutions, build investment cases, and support executive decision-making. Reporting to the Enterprise Planning Manager, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across corporate and operational units.

The Person
You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for shaping initiatives that deliver real value. You thrive in complex environments, are confident in presenting insights, and excel at building consensus.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives from concept to investment.
• Strong expertise in business case development and financial modelling.
• Advanced analytical, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in infrastructure, technology, or construction projects.
• Proficiency in investment analysis (e.g., NPV, IRR, DCF).
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
