We’re looking for someone with the confidence, presence, and gravitas to influence at every level, from the shop floor to senior management. You will lead from the front, energising employees to engage with OHSE as a shared responsibility and ensuring it is lived and breathed across the organisation.
Role Responsibilities:

- Partner with Site Director to set a clear OHSE vision and embed accountability throughout the business.
- Lead and motivate the OHSE team to deliver practical support, coaching, and challenge to managers and employees alike.
- Build trust and engagement across the workforce by communicating OHSE requirements in a way that captivates, motivates, and drives ownership.
- Champion continuous improvement, embedding OHSE into daily operations and encouraging innovation in how we keep people safe and protect the environment.
- Maintain and enhance the OHSE Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO45001 and all legislative requirements.

- A natural leader with gravitas — someone employees listen to, respect, and want to follow.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to engage shop floor colleagues and senior directors alike.
- Experience in driving cultural change and embedding OHSE values across organisations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of OHSE legislation, ISO standards, and best practice.
- Courage, resilience, and presence to challenge, support, and inspire in equal measure.
What were looking for?
