The Ktchn at Braestone Club is currently seeking enthusiastic, team centric, servers to join our team.

We're Hiring: Servers for the Ktchn

Position Type: Part time

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide world-class food service to our guests to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Present menu and provide detailed information about menu items and drinks.
• Inform customers about daily specials and offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take food and drink orders and verify to ensure accuracy
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Remove dirty plates, glasses, and silverware.
• Clean and polish silverware and glasses as needed.
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Effectively communicate with your kitchen colleagues to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
• Other duties as assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ year’s server experience in fine dining.
• Delivers warm, authentic hospitality with pride
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
• Values teamwork, connection, and community
• Holds valid Food Handler’s Certificate and Smart Serve Certificate
• Communicates clearly and positively
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Successful reference and background check
• (Bonus) Holds a First Aid Certificate
• Has flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Multitask effectively and lead with attention to detail
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Wage $17.20 – plus tips

Working Conditions

• Frequent walking, bending, and standing
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Work may take place indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
