The Senior Training Coordinator role is essential when it comes to onboarding new employees within the business, ensuring that they are compliant and have the adequate training in the first few weeks/months of joining the company. This is a hands-on role, best suited for someone who is experienced in managing various tasks and projects at the same time and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
