Task Responsibilities:
Monitor & perform spot checks / reviews that organisational processes are complied with and adequate to ensure high standards of quality, safety, airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
Independent monitoring of all aspects of P-145 / -CAMO / -M / -147 processes, systems and practices, to verify that high quality standards and safe practices are met consistently and reliable.- Perform independent verifications/ reviews/ monitoring of AMO and CAMO processes, including physical / digital processes, based on random inspections, reviews, quality / safety risk assessments or reporting trends
- Perform physical inspections or data / records evaluations to verify compliance to established processes
- Perform data health checks
- Perform independent sampling inspections after completion of maintenance
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a solution oriented approach.
- Experience in the use of manuals and other approved maintenance data
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in Part-CAMO / -145 environment is considered as an advantage
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Support the administration of the department
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent position based in Sandweiler, Luxembourg
- Flexible working hours - no shift work
- Regular office presence expected
- Occasionally may be asked to work outside normal working schedule
- Occasional travel may be required and remunerated in accordance with collective work agreement
