KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to lead OAG’s indirect partner relationships across a defined geographic territory. This is a senior role focused on both new partner acquisition aligned to OAG’s market expansion priorities, and the ongoing development and optimisation of existing partners to drive incremental, sustainable revenue growth. Partners will include a range of integrators and technology firms across industries such as airports, hotels, digital travel platforms, and data resellers. The role will own the full partner lifecycle, from identification and onboarding through to commercial performance management and  also ensure strong internal alignment with OAG’s regional sales teams, balancing channel growth with protection of direct revenue streams. 


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Developing and executing a regional partner strategy in line with OAG’s commercial goals and market expansion priorities.
  • Sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new partners across targeted industry verticals and geographic markets 
  • Managing and growing existing channel relationships, ensuring partner performance and satisfaction 
  • Owning revenue growth from assigned partners, driving net new contribution and avoiding channel cannibalisation 
  • Leading strategic commercial negotiations, including contract structuring, pricing, and performance-based incentives 
  • Collaborating with OAG’s direct sales teams to support partner led deals and minimise channel conflict 
  • Developing go-to-market plans with partners to jointly driving customer acquisition and solution delivery 
  • Monitoring performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasted revenue from partner activity 
  • Acting as the internal voice of the partner, influencing product development and sales enablement priorities
  • Maintaining strong partner governance, commercial hygiene, and CRM accuracy across all accounts.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Skilled in structuring commercial agreements that drive shared value and protect core revenue streams 
  • Confident negotiator with experience managing complex, multimarket contracts 
  • Commercially astute with a deep understanding of indirect sales dynamics 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internally and externally
  • Organised, strategic, and capable of managing a large partner portfolio across diverse geographies.
