We are hiring for a leadership role in one of the fastest-growing companies in Robotics and Drones. This opportunity is exclusively for professionals from the Defence and Aerospace domain with proven expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete spectrum of Supply Chain Management — including procurement, sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and materials planning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors within the Defence and Aerospace sector.
• Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, production, and logistics to optimize efficiency and cost.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the SCM function and support business growth.
• Oversee compliance with all Defence and Aerospace procurement standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in SCM leadership within the Defence and Aerospace industry.
• Experience in local vendor sourcing and procurement specific to the domain.
• Stable career history with an average tenure of 4+ years per organization.
• Willingness to relocate to NCR/Gurugram.
• Open to frequent travel across company plants and vendor sites.
