Sales Operation Manager (m/f/d)

• Develop and continuously optimize pre-sales and after-sales processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Implement process automation within CRM and SAP platforms to improve workflow and data accuracy
• Design and execute sales performance measurement plans, including analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Service, Production, and Legal teams to drive effective cross-functional outcomes
• Support in defining and implementing knowledge management policy and framework, to ensure effective creation, sharing, and retention of knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting
• 3–5 years of experience in business process digitalization, process optimization, or consulting
• Demonstrated experience in developing business process guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and defining process automation frameworks
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and execute structured action plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in making data-driven decisions
• Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
