As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle – from the first conversation to the signed contract. You identify market opportunities, build strong customer relationships and contribute directly to the growth of Information Design in the international aviation market.

- develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for our aviation software solutions
- take the lead in first contact with potential customers – by phone, email, at events, or via digital channels
- qualify leads, conduct initial presentations, and guide prospects through to the proposal phase
- conceptualize and independently execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- plan, organize, and host trade fairs, webinars and events
- create compelling sales materials, presentations, case studies, and website content
- maintain our CRM system and conduct data-driven campaign analysis
- collaborate closely with product management, sales, and executive leadership to continuously strengthen our market position
YOU...
- hold a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable field
- bring professional experience in B2B sales or marketing – ideally in the software or aviation industry
- have a passion for customer communication and a consultative approach at eye level
- are experienced with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and digital tools like LinkedIn or Mailchimp
- possess excellent communication skills in both German and English
- work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way – while always keeping the bigger picture in mind
