S&OP Analyst

Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion) and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT).

We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and analytical S&OP Analyst to support the effective running of our Sales & Operations Planning process. Based in Croydon, Birmingham or the Skarbimierz area in Poland, this is a permanent, full-time role working in a hybrid setup.

You’ll work cross-functionally across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams to analyse data and deliver insights that improve our planning accuracy, efficiency and service levels.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyse historical data, sales trends and forecasts to support S&OP decisions
• Prepare critical inputs and reports for monthly S&OP cycles
• Identify supply risks, service gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support scenario planning and capacity modelling
• Develop and maintain planning tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
• Collaborate across functions globally to drive alignment
• Drive continuous improvement of our planning processes

What you'll need:

• 3–5 years’ experience in S&OP, demand/supply planning or supply chain analysis
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• ERP experience (ideally SAP or equivalent)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
• Confident communicator who can engage cross-functional stakeholders

• Familiarity with inventory optimisation and service level KPIs
• Understanding of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies (desirable)
