About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven GTM Specialist to support and execute global go-to-market initiatives for our robot sales team. This role works cross-functionally with marketing, regional sales teams, product management, and channel partners to drive market entry, business collaboration band sales enablement across global markets.
The ideal candidate combines strong GTM execution skills with a solid understanding of our products, enabling effective positioning, messaging, and commercialization of our robotic systems in diverse regional markets.
Your Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
- Plan and execute go-to-market activities for trade fairs, distributor marketing programs, and regional sales campaigns across the EU and selected global markets
- Transfer product features, technical capabilities, and value propositions into compelling GTM marketing messaging and sales enablement assets
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating launch timelines, materials, internal readiness, and partner alignment
Product-Focused Marketing Execution
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to understand product roadmaps, differentiators, target applications, and customer pain points
- Localize and adapt product-focused marketing and sales enablement materials (presentations, datasheets, demos, videos, case studies) to ensure regional relevance while maintaining global consistency
- Ensure accurate and consistent representation of product specifications, positioning, and use cases across all GTM touchpoints
Events, Trade Fairs & Demonstrations
- Own end-to-end coordination of robot demo showcases at trade shows and partner events, including logistics planning, vendor management, shipment coordination, demo preparation, and on-site execution
- Work with sales and application teams to define demo concepts, key talking points, and target customer profiles for each event
- Collect structured feedback on product reception, feature requests, and competitive insights during events
Lead & Performance Management
- Manage inbound leads and sales inquiries via shared sales channels and HubSpot, ensuring accurate qualification, routing, tracking, and follow-up
- Analyze lead flow, campaign performance, and product-level pipeline data to optimize GTM strategies
- Track and report on product-specific GTM performance, including lead quality, conversion rates, and regional traction
Cross-Functional & Process Excellence
- Support sales-oriented needs from the robot sales team
- Support cross-regional alignment by coordinating communication between marketing, product teams, regional sales, and external partners
- Contribute to process optimization for GTM operations, CRM usage, product launch workflows, and sales–marketing collaboration
Your Profile
Master’s degree in business administration, Communications, ProductManagement, Marketing, or a related field with a robotics industry knowledge base
1–3 years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, marketing operations, sales enablement, or event marketing within an international B2B environment (robotics, automation related are preferred)
Strong interest in robotics, automation, or complex technical products, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
Proven ability to translate product features into customer-facing value propositions
Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments with multiple parallel initiatives
Proficient in MS Office, basic Photoshop, and video editing tools
Basic skills in photography, video editing, or demo content creation are a plus
Fluent speaking and written skills in English and German; Mandarin preferred; additional languages are a plus
