Scope of activities
Perform some or all of the following activities:
Implement the necessary means to achieve the objectives
Analyze the Net Requirements Calculation
Organize his/her team(s) according to the activity
Lead and manage his/her team(s)
Assist operators and give them instructions and explanations in the event of a problem
Perform regular visual checks and progress reports on the team’s work
Ensure implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and labor code rules
Contribute to human resources management actions (recruitment, training, annual appraisal, development of high-potential employees, management of qualifications according to the sites)
Establish versatility within the team and bring it to life
Participate in continuous improvement actions
Ensure change management
Ensure communication with customers and/or suppliers
Escalate any anomaly, productivity gap, technical problems, etc. to his/her line management.
Update dashboards
Report on the activity and results within his/her scope.
Participate in decision-making on measures to be taken in the event of discrepancies between production and the schedule and modify the schedule according to unforeseen circumstances and production requirements
Ensure the availability of the input data necessary for production launches, in coordination with the departments concerned (ranges, nomenclatures, technical sheets, availability of materials, parts and components, etc.)
Validate and launch production orders
Validate and centralize production files and associated documents
Monitor implementation of the manufacturing and repair program and schedule, and meet deadlines
Communicate with the customer on the progress of orders (inform, alert and propose solutions)
Complete the various monitoring documents
Submit subcontracting orders to the operation
Perform stock dimensioning and inventories
Manage the impacts of unforeseen circumstances with workshop management and other support functions (delays, non-conformities, incorrect ERP data)
Participate in the various meetings related to your function (SR, working group) and actions to reduce inventories and cycles in the framework of performance improvement projects
Lead and manage a team, ensuring that his/her employees develop their skills according to changing roles and organizational needs
Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.
