Location:

Office-based in Cergy (France), with relocation to La Défense in July 2026.

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to maintain and grow bp aviation’s business through customer intimacy, innovative offer execution and complete ownership of the customer relationships entrusted to you.

You will act as a key commercial interface for bp’s General Aviation and Military Aviation customers ensuring 100% customer centricity and sustainable, profitable growth.

In this role you will:

  • Develop deep customer connectivity and understanding across the customer’s organization;
  • Execute the global and market sector strategy in alignment with regional priorities;
  • Develop and implement customer account plans, gaining alignment with Commercial and Subregion teams;
  • Directly manage General Aviation accounts within France, Belgium and the French Military Aviation segment (including Bulk & Into-Plane customers);
  • Deliver agreed sales and margin targets, ensuring long-term profitable relationships;
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including network growth and expansion within the General Aviation market;
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners (Supply, Logistics, Midstream, Trading & Shipping) to ensure seamless customer delivery and service excellence.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development;
  • Proven track record in Account Management, with the ability to deliver strong commercial results through negotiation, relationship building and customer-focused solutions;
  • Experience within the aviation fuels, energy or related B2B sectors would be a strong advantage;
  • Strong business judgment and strategic thinking, with analytical acumen and execution discipline;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels internally and externally;
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required;
  • bp aviation experience is a plus but not essential.

Additional information:

  • Travel requirement: around 20% (France, Belgium and occasional European trips)
  • Reports to: Continental Europe General & Military Aviation Senior Account Manager.
