The Crew Leader we are looking for is experienced at the Front Office . You know how to manage your own work at the reception, make the guests happy and assist your crew with any question they have.
Main Tasks and responsibilities
- Helping guests and creating positive experiences
- Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
- Manage all bills and payments correctly
- Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
- Handle Customer Service and Guest Relations
- Assist the Assistant Captain in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:
- Proactive, Kind and Helpful
- Experience in hospitality
- Good knowledge in customer relations
- Open personality and attitude
- Good understanding of computer handling (Opera, MICROS)
- Natural steward
- Fluent command in Italian and English – written and spoken
- Doesn't shy away to help the F&B out when needed
