The Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme is one of the UK’s most exciting apprenticeship programmes. The scheme provides career changing opportunities for residents close to the airport.
Quantity Surveyors operate specialised equipment, ensure data accuracy, and perform cost assessments. Surveyors also process information, review tenders, and collaborate with other construction professionals. Strong technical skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. The apprenticeship will develop the technical, interpersonal, and behavioural skills, knowledge and competence outcomes that are required for surveying technicians to work effectively within a range of working environments.
Typical Work Week
40 hours p/w with start time typically between 07:00 & 08:00 inclusive of paid 8 hours at college.

Qualifications required/desirable
Minimum Requirements
English and Maths at GCSE Grade 3 or above, or Functional Skills at Level 1 or above.

Key Training/College Information
K10 will enrol you to the Level 4 Construction Quantity Surveying Technician course and fund your qualifications through an accredited training provider.
