Job Description:

Rt Cranes Italy è alla ricerca di un/a professionista dinamico/a con una buona esperienza nella gestione della supply chain, pianificazione della domanda e ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi. La risorsa si occuperà di garantire l'efficienza operativa attraverso il monitoraggio costante di fornitori, logistica interna ed esterna, e sistemi ERP. L’attenzione al dettaglio e le competenze analitiche sono requisiti fondamentali per permettere di anticipare criticità e proporre soluzioni strategiche, contribuendo attivamente alla trasformazione lean e al miglioramento continuo.

🔹 Cosa farai:

  • Coordinamento con fornitori e buyer per assicurare la puntualità e la qualità delle consegne
  • Ottimizzazione dei processi di approvvigionamento e riduzione dei ritardi
  • Pianificazione della domanda tramite software dedicati e analisi statistica
  • Gestione logistica interna e magazzini di terze parti per mantenere livelli di stock ottimali
  • Supporto alla negoziazione di condizioni vantaggiose con i fornitori (stock in conto deposito, frequenza consegne, lotti)
  • Analisi ed elaborazione dati strutturati da fonti interne ed esterne
  • Collaborazione con il team acquisti per allineare inventario e capacità produttiva alla domanda di mercato
  • Aggiornamento quotidiano dei sistemi ERP con dati su materiali e avanzamento produzione
  • Produzione di report e documentazione strategica

💼 RT Cranes Italy is looking for a dynamic professional with solid experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and production process optimization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency through constant monitoring of suppliers, internal and external logistics, and ERP systems. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential to anticipate potential issues and propose strategic solutions, actively contributing to lean transformation and continuous improvement.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries

  • Optimize procurement processes and reduce delays

  • Plan demand using dedicated software and statistical analysis

  • Manage internal logistics and third-party warehouses to maintain optimal stock levels

  • Support vendor negotiations (consignment stock, delivery frequency, lot sizes)

  • Analyze and process structured data from internal and external sources

  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to align inventory and production capacity with market demand

  • Update ERP systems daily with material and production progress data

  • Produce strategic reports and documentation
