The Project Manager (Construction and Design - Airports) will be assigned to the program team (based in Paris) and will act as the owner´s representative for an airline overseeing design and construction for an airport lounge. This is an ambitious temporary project (until Q4 2026, depending on how the project progresses) to work as a SME (Construction Project Management) at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: any experience at CDG with ADP is desired. Any experience related to working with ADP on airline tenant improvement projects or direct experience with ADP on capital program initiatives is preferred. The type of typical coordination with this project and ADP will be plan-reviews, construction updates, subsequent ADP approvals for design changes, phasing, logistics, contractor coordination, etc.

JOB CONDITIONS:

Start date: July/August 25

Duration: Q4 2026. Depending on how project progresses.

Location: Paris - CDG airport.

Model: this is an onsite job - CDG airport on a daily basis most of the time.

Work shift: standard business hours - due to the scope of the project some flexibility will be required.

1. Project and Company Support:

Manage the team for scheduling weekly project construction meetings.

Ensure oversight of as-built and closeout documents.

Manage the team for review of submittals, RFIs, ,permit logs, plan-check submissions in conjunction with the prime design construction teams.

Collaboration with design and construction team through meetings created and managed by the Sr. PM.

Management of team for design and construction manuals, reports, and drawing files/logs.

Collaborate with the internal PMT leadership team on pursuits of upcoming work, help develop RFP responses, track the staffing plan against profitability.

Grow the current market with creating opportunities. Engage in client relationships. Focus on personal development for future growth.

2. Project Startup:

Establish project workflows in management software.

Coordinate with Procore, SAP, and/or Procore, administrator to establish efficient project workflows.

Manage project directory and distribution of contact list by various program prime teams; and all subcontractors/subconsultants.

Distribute pre-construction / construction meetings.

Utilize Procore, SAP, invoice works and any software platform user setup and questions.

Management of project budget through daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.

Coordinate with all stakeholders; including airline/airport approvals/submissions

Develop, manage, and track the program schedule.

Develop, write, curate, and manage team for all procurement of prime contracts


3. Design:

Scheduling of project design meetings and stakeholder participation.

Attend internal and external coordination meetings and track ball-in-court actions, as required.

Assist the client in developing partnerships, brand requirements, operational entity reviews, delivery methods, contract structures, and more.

Develop cash flow projections, programmatic schedules, feasibility studies, and gather all AHJ requirements at the local, city, state, and potential federal levels.

Maintain Submittal/ RFI Logs and coordinate for timely review/comment.

Validate SOV alignment with original contract and approval of reimbursables in association with the financial controller.

Prepare and execute MOU’sto the file for review/approval by Client.

Maintains Action items log for RFI’s, submittals, PCN’s, COR’s and records/tracks action.

Management of all OFOI/OFCI requirements.

Review, comment, coordinate, and track MEP, FS, and all design disciplines at each milestone deliverable.


4. Construction:

Engage necessary subconsultants, execute contracts, establish the budget, and ensure client coordination.

Develop, distribute, and track construction budgets, client updates, forecasts, and analysis.

Manage the team that distributes and tracks project changes/notification Correspondence.

Maintain the teams tracking of payment requests and coordinates pencil / final copy reviews; track AP and AR for PMT and all subconsultants.

Ensure team delivers, reviews, and distributes O&M Manuals.

Schedules substantial completion and final walk-thru.

Task the team with coordinating and scheduling walk –thru (preliminary to final) date and time for each.
