Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Manage projects, tracking and ensuring timely delivery of work packages and project tasks
- Coordinate closely the efforts of cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity on project progress
Your Profile
- University degree preferably in business or engineering fields
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Project Manager in a challenging environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Presentation (PowerPoint) and story-telling skills (diagrams, layouts)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in the Chinese language is a plus
- Flexibility for business trips
