As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Project Coordinator who is well-versed in agile methodologies and experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage projects, tracking and ensuring timely delivery of work packages and project tasks 
  • Coordinate closely the efforts of cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement 
  • Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity on project progress
 
Your Profile
  • University degree preferably in business or engineering fields 
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Project Manager in a challenging environment 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams 
  • Presentation (PowerPoint) and story-telling skills (diagrams, layouts) 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment 
  • Fluency in the Chinese language is a plus
  • Flexibility for business trips
