Project Coordinator - Aerospace and Defense

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for accessing and updating customer portals for completion dates, condition, and movement of assets, e.g. CAV RP, Exostar. You will also be responsible for sales order entries and project setup within Oracle business system. Assist with preparation of repair quotations using standard templates and costing information from other functional stakeholders. Assist with creating and submitting scrapping forms for Beyond Economical Repair material to customers. Preparing status update reports to customers for their assets in evaluation and repair. Creation and upkeep of customer taskings logbook using Excel. Assisting the Program Manager to follow up on actions from Integrated Product Team meetings. Assisting with creation and update of program reporting deliverables to customers.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $66,800 to $96,600

Your Challenge:

  • Responsible for accessing and updating customer portals for completion dates, condition, and movement of assets, e.g. CAV RP, Exostar

  • Responsible for sales order entries and project setup within Oracle business system

  • Assist with preparation of repair quotations using standard templates and costing information from other functional stakeholders

  • Assist with creating and submitting scrapping forms for Beyond Economical Repair material to customers

  • Preparing status update reports to customers for their assets in evaluation and repair

  • Creation and upkeep of customer taskings logbook using Excel

  • Assisting the Program Manager to follow up on actions from Integrated Product Team meetings

  • Assisting with creation and update of program reporting deliverables to customers

    • Schedule

    • Obsolescence

    • Low level material requirements based on forecasted customer repairs

    • Financial metrics reporting

  • Acting as a backup to R&O Program Manager during short term leaves of absence

  • Performing data analysis to assist in programmatic decision making process (Typically financial and / or schedule)

What You Bring:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
