Production Infrastructure Manager

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of the organization's worldwide testing equipment, manufacturing equipment , facilities and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company equipment needs and technical requirements, for all the company sites at global perspective.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with external contractors.
• Plan and manage infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects.
• Manage maintenance, equipment and testing equipment budgets, procurement, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Generate reports and track maintenance KPIs.
• Ensure 24/7 plant and facility operation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in plant engineer/ maintenance/infrastructure managerial roles, with 6+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, RF- Significant advantage
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
