Summary

For the “Order Center and User Help Desk” area, we are looking for a “Processing clerk for repair and upgrade processes (f/m/d)” at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.

The “Order Center and User Help Desk” is responsible for preparing offers and taking on orders for projects in “Supply and Repair Management”, primarily for spare parts deliveries and repair processing.

Your Tasks

• Preparation of quotations and acceptance of orders for projects in the "Supply and Repair Management" module

• Supporting the In-Service Support project managers for radar and self-protection systems in the preparation of quotations in the "Sales and Distribution" module

• Order creation in SAP as well as the creation and monitoring of cost objects for repair processes

• Processing of transactions in the order module and in the maintenance management tool (IMT, CS module of SAP)

• Commissioning of production or external subcontractors, including purchase orders for maintenance operations

• Control of deadlines and costs for all operations in the activity area

• Closing of operations and order in SAP for repair operations including invoicing of customers in Germany and abroad and, if necessary, a final reporting in German or English language

• Supporting the processing of customer returns in the case of warranty claims, retrofits and upgrades

Your Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable

• Specialist additional qualification through further training or professional experience advantageous

• Experience in processing or comparable advantageous

• Experience in project work and in an international environment advantageous

• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office

• Ability to conduct coordination meetings with customers and subcontractors

• Communication and teamwork skills

• Business fluent in German and English advantageous
