We’re looking for a pro-active, people-oriented HR professional, who’s able to creatively shape our organization. You’re excited to work conceptually and hands-on, in cross-skilled expert teams, and can translate ideas into applicable, intuitive frameworks leading to measurable impact.  
You’ll be the designer, orchestrator, and engager of our talent ecosystem, ensuring we translate our values and business needs into an exciting organization that is able to tackle our ambitious goals and that of our airline customers.  

What you will be doing:
  • Creative, Strategic People Partner
    • Translate company goals into clear talent and development plans
    • Challenge existing approaches and introduce improvements where needed.
    • Ensure growth goals are realistic and achievable from a people perspective.
  • Design (Future) Career Paths
    • Create frameworks for career development that help colleagues build mastery and forge their own paths.
    • Work with teams tbring these paths to life and provide tools, coaching, and guidance to support career growth.
  • Create an Incredible Organization
    • From attracting top talent to ensuring an enriching work experience, you’ll enable and support our People efforts together with the responsible teams.
    • Support our Talent Acquisition efforts by consulting on diverse team building and inclusive practices, helping our team create environments where people can thrive and deliver their best work in customer projects.
    • Equip and support the wider organization to create an environment where colleagues feel included and set up to thrive from day one
  • Systematize Continuous Growth
    • Design and improve performance, development, and coaching processes.
    • Foster continuous learning and help close skill and capability gaps.

What skills should you have?
  • Changemaking Talent Development: you have 10-15 years of experience combining knowledge of how adults learn and develop with practical methods and frameworks that create successful, continuously learning organizations.
  • People-First Approach: You believe that a company's success is directly tied to the success of its people. You’re driven by a mission to create an organization that is fair, equitable, empowering, and committed to its people’s growth.
  • Creative Problem Solving: You don’t follow a playbook - but are able write it. You understand business and people challenges and can describe them effectively. You work with others to solve these challenges creatively and make your solution ideas easy to follow through storytelling and gamification.
  • Expert Collaborator: You’re a natural connector and experience joy building bridges between data technologists, fostering a culture of connection, ownership and growth – in a playful, engaging way.
