An opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/Administrator to join this customer focused, luxury hotel based in the heart of Ashdown Forest.
As PA to the General Manager you will be overseeing the effective day to day running of the General Manager’s office . You will be enthusiastic, committed, flexible and well presented with excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills. Attention to detail, particularly in written correspondence, will be paramount to your success and experience as a Secretary or PA in the hospitality industry or service sector would be advantageous. As Secretary you will communicate with colleagues and guests, playing an important part in the relationship with our customers.
Key Skills/Responsibilities:
- Effective administrative support to the General Manager and the Senior Management team, ensuring the successful day to day running of the office, liaising with internal and external customers as required.
- Use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook for typing and distribution of general correspondence, reports, emails and spreadsheets.
- Arranging internal and external meetings, minute taking as required.
- Maintain filing within the General Manager’s office and ability to work with discretion, understanding the need for confidentiality.
- Deal efficiently with telephone calls, including guest enquiries in a timely, calm and courteous manner.
- Maintain guest feedback platforms reinforcing brand quality.
- Maintain hotel menu administration for the Food & Beverage team.
- Be a professional ambassador for Elite Hotels in all business relationships, welcoming guests and visitors as required.
