Task Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about finding top talent and shaping recruitment strategies? At Cargolux Airlines, we are looking for a dynamic professional who will not only manage end-to-end recruitment but also lead the way in implementing innovative approaches to attract the best candidates.

As a Senior Officer Talent Attraction, you will play a key role in driving hybrid recruitment strategies, including headhunting, and mentoring team members to adopt these advanced techniques.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for our global ground staff positions across all divisions.
  • Implement hybrid recruitment approaches, including proactive sourcing and headhunting for business-critical roles.
  • Assist in training and guiding team members on modern recruitment techniques and tools.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify talent pools and strategic sourcing opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and recommend process improvements.
  • Represent Cargolux at recruitment events such as job fairs, school visits, and networking sessions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment-related projects.
  • Handle administrative aspects related to work permits and accommodation for new hires relocating to Luxembourg.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, including headhunting and proactive sourcing.
  • Experience in conducting in-depth interviews and managing complex recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English; French and/or German are strong assets. Other languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle is an advantage.
  • Experience across different jurisdictions and in larger organizations is considered an advantage.
  • Labor law knowledge is considered a plus. 

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, permanent position based in Sandweiler, Luxembourg
  • Flexible with working hours (in accordance with our collective work agreement)
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
