Create, update and improve new and existing Web-based trainings
Design virtual and digital learning solutions for Maintenance & Engineering Division
Maintain and enhance the digital learning catalogue and Technical Training Intranet page
Develop and support learning and training projects as required
Support the department administration (Learning Management System administration, record keeping, data governance, etc)
Support in the creation and maintenance of training documentation
Essential Requirements For The Position:
Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Sciences, IT, Business Administration or any relevant field; or adequate practical experience in the required skills domain
Experience in creation of Web-based trainings with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
Experience in defining aims, objectives and course content with internal subject matter experts
Advanced level of proficiency in MS Sharepoint
Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office products (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge and experience in adult learning
Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage
Demonstrate excellent communications skills, a creative mindset and the ability to meet deadlines
Experience in a training department is considered a distinct advantage
Experience in Aircraft Maintenance is considered an advantage
Experience with AR/VR tools (Oculus, MS Hololens etc), game development etc. is considered an advantage
Working Conditions:
Position based in Luxembourg
Full time permanent position
Flexible working conditions
Occasional travel may be required
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
