Office Cleaner - Vanguard House

Optime are excited to be recruiting Office Cleaners for one of our LHR - BA sites. This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company and fantastic conditions and facilities.

Please note: As this is a secure office role, successful candidates must pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations. These checks include 5-year work and address history, DBS (must have no disqualifying criminal convictions), valid Right to Work.

Start Date: Immediate Starts available!

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £12.21 per hour
• Shifts: 4 on 2 off
• Working on rotation, 2 days early from 6:00 - 14:30, 2 days late from 14:00 - 22:30, 2 rest days.
• Weekly pay (Every Friday)
• Temp to Perm (performance-based)
• Immediate Start (subject to 5-year background check)

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning offices, toilets and meeting rooms
• Making sure that the aesthetics of the environment is well kept
• Making the all areas look tidy and presentable.
• Ability to work quickly and to meet tight deadlines
• Ensuring that you comply with all the protocols

The ideal candidate:

• Great work ethic
• Strong attention to details
• Experience of working towards targets
• Has a full UK licence
• Must be over 18
• You must be able to provide 5-year checkable history to secure long-term employment within this business
