What you’ll be doing as a Meetings and Events Operations Assistant
  • Ensuring that all guests experience an outstanding level of service throughout their meeting and social event
  • Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
  • Engage, build and develop relationships with guests, assessing their needs and flexing style and approach appropriately
  • Looking after our guests on a daily basis to assist them in their needs to run a smooth meeting or event
  • Serving during banquets and functions, serving behind the bar.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and preparing them ready for our guests arrival
  • Responding promptly to guest complaints and finding ways to turnaround any negative feedback
  • Looking for ways to deliver continuous improvements to the guest experience.
  • Working as a part of our Roby1844 team, a canalside terrace, opening soon, serving food and drink to our guests.
