What you’ll be doing as a Meetings and Events Operations Assistant
Ensuring that all guests experience an outstanding level of service throughout their meeting and social event
Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
Engage, build and develop relationships with guests, assessing their needs and flexing style and approach appropriately
Looking after our guests on a daily basis to assist them in their needs to run a smooth meeting or event
Serving during banquets and functions, serving behind the bar.
Setting up meeting rooms and preparing them ready for our guests arrival
Responding promptly to guest complaints and finding ways to turnaround any negative feedback
Looking for ways to deliver continuous improvements to the guest experience.
Working as a part of our Roby1844 team, a canalside terrace, opening soon, serving food and drink to our guests.
