Working in a busy, friendly, award winning kitchen environment managed by the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and canteen areas as well as maintaining a smooth and brisk turnaround on the production of clean cutlery and crockery. The kitchens are often very busy with events running simultaneously, so you must be calm under pressure. You are hardworking and able to deliver consistently high standards.
Normal shift patterns are generally a mixture of times and will include early shifts, 7.am to 3.pm, late shifts, 3.pm to 11.pm and day shifts. Being a hospitality business we are open bank holidays and weekends.
