Intern Office Administration - Aquarius

Task Responsibilities:

About Us: Aquarius AFF is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cargolux Airlines International S.A. dedicated to aerial firefighting services. Its objective is to protect nature, lives, and livelihoods from the devastating effects of wildfires. Our passionate team is committed to excellence, safety, and innovation in all aspects of our operations.

Main tasks:

• Organization and filing
• Research of records and data input
• Supporting on different other projects
• Setting up administrative

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Education: ongoing Bachelor degree in Administrative Assistant, Management or similar

• Knowledge: MS Office Suite, more particularly Excel

• Skill: Team spirit, open-minded, solution thinking, organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

• Internship based in Luxembourg.
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of a positive selection).
• Flexible working hours
• Regular office presence to be expected (located in SANDWEILER)
• Availability: start date between July and August for a duration of 4 to 6 months
