Are you currently studying maintenance or a similar program and looking to gain experience in the market? We're looking for someone who's eager to learn. The maintenance trainee will participate in the various tasks of the maintenance department's preventive maintenance program.

We have fall internship opportunity in our hotel Alt Quebec, starting this september 2025.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel under the direct supervision of the maintenance manager.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines.
• Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Move up and down stairs, and/or ladder.
• Other related tasks

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Currently a student in a maintenance, mechanical or similar program
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Very high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners or customers across Canada.
• Organized, able to work in a team environment and manage various workloads.
