About the team you are joining

The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control systems of an airline. In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Audit Administration, you will be supporting the IOSA Team.

What your day would be like

•  Assist in IOSA program communications and promotion
•  Support in the IOSA candidate auditor selection process
•  Assist in reviewing and scoring candidates application
•  Collect validate and archive all auditor candidate eligibility records
•  Schedule and monitor candidate auditor interviews
•  Assist in planning candidate auditor initial qualification training
•  Assist in the planning all IOSA auditor training sessions
•  Regularly review auditor training attendance to ensure correct auditor currency update
•  Contribute to the correct auditor training record management
•  Help with IATA Connect user management for IOSA and support troubleshooting as needed
•  Support in administrative activities
•  Maintain day-to-day communication with external and internal stakeholders
•  Preparation of ad hoc. Presentations, reports and communication


We would love to hear from you if you have:

•  University Degree
•  Ability to multitask and work with high level of accuracy
•  Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
•  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
•  Ability to interact with external stakeholders
•  Excellent communications skills
•  Excellent written and verbal skills in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset
