For 50 years, our training products have been helping businesses operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably, building career opportunities for the people they employ. You will join the IATA Training Operations team, ensuring product delivery to 100,000 students every year. We are a strong and diverse team which strives to contribute to the development of professionals the commercial aviation industry needs.
During your internship, among other tasks, you will:
Handle customer relationships through an impeccable understanding of IATA Training's portfolio (350+ courses available) and policies; answer any questions and provide proactive guidance to ensure high quality customer service.
Handle internal and external support requests for the systems and platforms used (LMS, SAP, Moodle, Zoom, Salesforce, SharePoint, PowerBi, etc.),
Organize the classroom logistics (instructors' travel and accommodation, visa invitation letters, course material distribution, certificate issuance, etc.)
Manage financial aspects with Finance Department such as creating quotation, issuing invoice, processing refund, etc.
Collect fees on outstanding debt and follow up with the Finance Department on payment application. Provide feedback and status related to aged items to the Credit Manager.
Provide backup support to other team members in training operations as needed.
Carry out any special project assigned.
You are pursuing a University Degree ( within one year of graduation) in Business Administration or equivalent.
Have organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a persistent and positive can-do approach.
Have demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Can work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Can think openly, imaginatively, and creatively and you enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
Are fluent in English (verbal & written) language. Knowing other languages would be an asset.
Are computer-literate and fully familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce and Power Bi are considered as assets.
Have a strong sales and customer service orientation.
Are available for a 6-month internship, with the possibility of a 5-month extension depending on the business needs and your performance.
