Job Description

•    Support engineering projects that enable the company to remain competitive in the semiconductor market and meet customer expectations.
•    Use multiple engineering support systems for semiconductor fabrication processes. Follow procedures for process route creation, product setup, lot management, and disposition.
•    Enhance FAB capability and efficiency through tool qualification and process trials.
•    Plan and monitor engineering activities, clearly defining ownership, priorities, and timelines based on production and development needs.
•    Work effectively under pressure and occasionally provide online or phone support outside regular working hours.
•    Develop, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes; create new process modules; lead or coordinate projects. Collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations, and R&D on cross functional initiatives.
•    Perform failure analysis, evaluate measurements and test data, and provide feedback to engineers and managers to continuously improve manufacturing process margins.

•    Can lead or participate in intra- or inter-departmental efforts to manage process crises: containing damage, investigating and identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive action 
•    Attention to details and ability to follow the instructions carefully is important

Job Requirements

•    Master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering, Nanotechnologies, or related fields, with emphasis on semiconductor device physics and circuit analysis.
•    Experience in semiconductor processing is a strong plus.
•    Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, JMP) and ability to learn new software quickly.
•    Strong teamwork attitude, fast learner, excellent communication skills, motivation, attention to detail, transparency, and diligence.
•    Fluent in English.
