Your tasks & responsibilities
Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs
Develop and maintain training materials and syllabi for various regulatory and technical topics (EASA, FTS, SMS)
Deliver internal training sessions (theoretical, technical, or practical), excluding those requiring external certification.
Collaborate with QA staff to coordinate implementation of training activities and follow-up.
Organize training sessions based on organizational or compliance requirements.
Manage training records and certification documentation.
Requirements
Strong background in EASA environments.
Knowledgeable in EN 9100/9110 standards.
Experience in QA, MRO, and ATO environments.
Fluent in FR/EN (written & spoken).
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective in training delivery and technical presentations.
Solid understanding of aviation compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Familiar with global aerospace standards.
Qualifications required:
B1/B2 EASA License, EASA Part 147 environment, Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors, EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments, Train the Trainer Certificate.
