Industrial Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical / Industrial Designer<\/b> with 3–5 years of experience in aerospace or high -technology product design. The candidate will be responsible for end -to -end design of aeronautical systems and components, with a strong focus on aerodynamics, structural integrity, manufacturability, and aesthetics<\/b>, particularly for UAVs, aircraft components, or advanced defense/aerospace platforms<\/b>.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>

• Conceptualize, design, and develop aeronautical products and components from concept to production<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Create industrial design concepts<\/b> with strong emphasis on form, function, and aerodynamics<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, avionics, and manufacturing teams
  <\/p><\/li>

• Perform design optimization<\/b> considering weight, strength, thermal behavior, and manufacturability
  <\/p><\/li>

• Conduct DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and material selection<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support prototype development, testing, and design iterations<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure designs comply with aerospace standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Document design processes and maintain configuration control
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Required Qualifications
  <\/h2>

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering<\/b>, or a related field
    <\/p><\/li>

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience<\/b> in aeronautical / aerospace / UAV / advanced engineering products
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics, aircraft structures, and industrial design principles<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in CAD tools<\/b> such as CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Fusion 360, or similar
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with composite materials, lightweight structures, and aerospace -grade materials<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes<\/b> (CNC, composites, additive manufacturing, sheet metal)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to interpret and create GD&T -compliant drawings<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
    <\/h2>

    • Experience in UAV / Drone / Aerospace defense projects<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Exposure to CFD / FEA tools<\/b> (ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent, etc.)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Knowledge of DO -160, MIL -STD, or aerospace certification processes<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Hands -on experience with prototyping and testing<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
