- Collaborate with various internal teams to provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to assist clients effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for service improvements.
- Promote loyalty by fostering positive client relationships and understanding customer needs.
Requirements - Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
