Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions to enhance their travel experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure a high level of service.
- Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and promotions to assist customers efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate records for quality improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements - Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage stressful situations effectively and provide empathetic support.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
