Our client is a leading company in the aviation industry and are seeking to employ a French Speaking Sales Consultant.

Purpose of Position:<\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>

The Sales Consultant will serve as the frontline representative for a prestigious organisation, acting as the first point of contact for over 50% of prospective clients. The role focuses on prospecting and reaching out to potential clients, conducting cold calls, and qualifying individuals based on their decision -making ability, financial capacity, and need/desire for the company's services.

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>
  • Educate, Consult, and Advise: <\/b>Provide detailed explanations and understand individualised needs of prospective clients regarding private aviation products.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>
    • Develop Recommendations:<\/b> Present tailored product assessments, organise, follow up, and manage the prospect universe for each territory, recording all interactions in Salesforce
      <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Customer Opportunity Evaluation<\/b>: Drive the initial evaluation and qualification of customer opportunities through verbal and/or write consultations, utilising third -party resources to ensure business viability.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Segmentation Strategy: <\/b>Develop, define, and execute segmentation strategies in Salesforce to uncover new business opportunities and direct Sales Vice Presidents (Sales VP) to prospective clients.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Territory Strategy:<\/b> Evaluate, develop, and execute strategies for territory segmentation, optimising current opportunities, developing  segment opportunities, and strategizing daily prospecting approaches.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Data Segmentation:<\/b> Segment data in Salesforce to organise efforts further and grow new business revenue.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Consult with Management: <\/b>Educate and advise Sales and Marketing management on territory opportunities relating to trends or competitive developments.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Handle Inquiries: <\/b>Manage incoming calls and inquiries from the company website from prospective clients.
      <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Research and Update Database: <\/b>Maintain an updated database with all information on prospects (biographies, previous aviation experience, contact information, decision -making process, etc.).
      <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Industry Engagement: <\/b>Travel to industry trade shows, client events, and prospect meetings as required.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Fluency in business English, and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Demonstrable work experience in a sales -driven role.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus while meeting sales targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Self -motivated and organised<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Excellent time -management skills with attention to detail.<\/span><\/span>

        • Educated to degree level in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar disciplines.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Experience with Salesforce<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Commercial awareness of the aviation industry.
