Job Summary :
Manage Screening, Interview scheduling, Pre-SIM, Pre-Employment medical and Offers at the relevant stage of Pilot Hiring process. Maintain accurate records as may be required by the Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for screening the applications received in accordance with Company policies.
- End to end ownership of Interview process, Pre-SIM process, pre-employment medical and Issuance of offers at the relevant stage of Pilot Hiring process
- Proactively managing the Pilot Hiring process especially with regards to SIMs, travel arrangements, finances in the most optimal manner
- Maintaining accurate daily/ weekly/ monthly/ annual reports as may be required by the management and passing the information for the next stage of hiring.
- Ensure all the necessary information is passed on to the payroll/ finance team in an accurate and timely manner.
- Recommend policies and procedures to make sure Pilot recruitment is done in the most efficient manner keeping in mind industry best practices.
- Any other duties may be assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must be hand on with Microsoft Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Good to have :
- Airline experience
- Recruitment experience
