Job Description

  • Program & Project Management

  • Own full delivery of programs and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, manage budgets and forecasts, and oversee risk mitigation.
  • Lead change management, governance processes, and stakeholder communication.
  • Track performance, prepare reports, support decision‑making, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external deliverables and represent the organization professionally.
  • Aircraft Modification & Technical Oversight

  • Perform aircraft surveys and recommend modification or refurbishment solutions.
  • Review engineering drawings, STCs, task cards, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage parts requirements, manpower planning, vendor coordination, and project data tracking.
  • Prepare technical requests and ensure conformity with regulatory and company‑approved procedures.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in program/project management within complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in MRO, aircraft modification, or large-component manufacturing.
  • Strong financial skills in budgeting and forecasting.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
