What you’ll do
Lead investigations into in‑service product issues; apply structured RCCA to identify root cause and implement durable corrective actions in the field
Monitor product health using FRACAS, analyze trends, and prioritize actions that improve reliability and availability
Provide timely, expert responses to technical/engineering queries from in‑service customers; ensure performance meets approved requirements
Support new product entry‑into‑service (EIS) by validating readiness of product, processes, and approved maintenance data
Maintain and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications; ensure configuration control and compliance with applicable standards
Collaborate cross‑functionally (program, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, customer support) to accelerate resolution of complex issues
Build capability across the team by sharing best practices and lessons learned; progress toward airworthiness authorizations with coaching
What you’ll bring
Degree (or equivalent experience) in an electronic/electrical engineering discipline
Hands‑on experience with complex electronics down to component level
Proficiency using and maintaining engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and regulatory compliance
Strong problem‑solving mindset with clear documentation and follow‑through
Confident communicator who can translate technical detail into concise, customer‑ready updates
Nice to have
Experience with avionic displays, computing, and interface systems
Familiarity with FRACAS, reliability analysis, and RCCA toolsets
Background in airworthiness processes and approvals (with the opportunity to attain authorizations over time)
Growth and development
Coaching and support to attain airworthiness authorizations and expand approval scope
Increasing responsibility and visibility as you deliver results and mentor others
