As the Dynamics 365 Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our business processes and enabling data -driven decision -making. Your expertise will directly impact global transortation operations by streamlining workflows, improving system integrations, and reducing reliance on external development. AND RESPONSIBILITIES :<\/span> <\/b> <\/span>
<\/span><\/h4>- Serve as the internal technical expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Configure and customize CRM forms, workflows, dashboards, and business rules.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Manage integrations with ERP (Business Central), marketing tools, and analytics platforms.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain data accuracy and enforce governance standards across CRM.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Develop low -code automations using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Monitor system performance, scalability, and usability for end users.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Document and maintain CRM change controls and lifecycle processes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Provide internal support and training to drive CRM adoption.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Partner with cross -functional teams (Finance, Membership, Marketing) to align CRM functionality.<\/span>

Profil<\/h3><\/div>
QUALIFICATIONS :<\/b> <\/span> <\/span>
<\/h4>- DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant training<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and Power Platform tools <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Working knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with Power Fx and low code customization practices <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Customer <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Engagement Functional Consultant Associate preferred <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Must be fluent in English (spoken & written)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong cross functional collaboration and communication skills <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to work independently while managing stakeholder input <\/span><\/span><\/span>
