Key responsibilities
Account management: Own assigned customer accounts; ensure adherence to contractual terms and service levels
Order execution: Prepare quotes, accept POs, oversee contract approvals, and progress orders through to shipment
Pricing: Apply approved pricing models; coordinate with Programs/Commercial/Finance; maintain audit-ready records (incl. FAR 15 where applicable)
Customer support: Triage and resolve queries and escalations; communicate accurate shipment dates and recovery plans where required
Reporting and KPIs: Produce weekly order status and performance reports; drive actions to achieve OTD, invoice accuracy, and Service Level Metrics
Financials: Create invoices and credit notes; resolve invoice queries; support cash collection
Continuous improvement: Maintain and improve Quality system processes and Standard Work; train peers and promote best practices
Qualifications/requirements
This role requires basic experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management arena. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Commercial/Customer operations experience within manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
Prior pricing experience; US Government regulation experience preferred
Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle Preferred) and customer portals
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
