Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are looking for Customer Care Agents to join a well-respected and successful client at Bristol Airport.
Working as a member of the Passenger Assistance Team, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence to every passenger requiring support, passengers with hidden disabilities or those requiring assistance due to mobility restrictions.
Please note: As this is an airport role, successful candidates must pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations. These checks include 5-year work and address history, DBS (must have no disqualifying criminal convictions), valid Right to Work.

The airport is operational 365 days a year, 7 days a week, on offer there is Full Time or Part Time Hours available, please find below hours:
Full Time:
5 on 3 off done on a rotational basis – This could be subject to change!
8 to 12 hours per day.
Part Time:
3 shifts per week done on a rotational basis - This could be subject to change!
18 to 27 hours per week
This role will require you to be flexible across all hours of work!
