We are currently seeking a customer service professional to join us as a Customer Account Co-Ordinator at our customer site in Samlesbury.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will work out of our customer site in Samlesbury, providing first class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed.

You will undertake orderbook management for all customer parts, reviewing customer requirements and allocation requests daily. Furthermore, you will generate and distribute inventory reports, make catalogue additions and act as the first point of contact for day to day communication between Incora and the customer.

Additionally, you will take responsibility for the receipt and unloading of one site delivery a week and support kitting activities as and when required.

About You

You will be proactive and exceptional at working on your own initiative, be able to build long-term relationships with stakeholders and have an ability to prioritise workload and solve problems.

You will have a proven track record of working within a B2B customer service role; with strong communication to allow you to reach solutions.

You must be a confident user of MS Excel with a working knowledge of common formula and data manipulation tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS etc)

You must be in possession of a valid driving license and be comfortable driving a company van.
